Really great at responding to emails before purchasing. Excellent bed, chose the fit option and the guy was quick and tidy. Only issue was bed took a little longer to arrive than quoted and I had to chase to get my delivery date in. All in all considering I hadn’t heard of them was a little apprehensive but no need. Great service and very happy little boy. Thank you

Always a bit dubious about ordering from a company I haven’t heard of before. However, I was very impressed with kids beds online. The bed we wanted (Billie Midsleeper) was so much cheaper than anywhere else online. Ordered on the Saturday evening, Monday morning had a message to say it was with the courier, by Monday afternoon we had a 3 hour timeslot for delivery on the Thursday. On the day of delivery we were kept informed of delivery times and the driver turned up spot on time. Put the bed together yesterday and we are very pleased with it.

I researched and researched to find a bed that fitted our space, wasn't too high, could have the ladder on the left, and had a decent sized desk. Once I found the perfect bed, next I researched the company to buy it from and I'm glad I chose these guys. They were responsive to questions, and checked in advance if I'd like the mattress delivered beforehand or wait until the bed was delivered. It didn't matter in the end as the bed was super-quick. I think i ordered on Sunday, and everything was with us by Friday!Really happy with the quality and service. Thank you!

The Cookie Cabin bed we bought is great. Our child loves it. Two hours build time was vastly under estimated it took closer to six hours. Delivery was prompt snd communication was good

It was put together very quickly by the man who delivered it. No fuss.

Lovely house bunk bed, good quality my kids are very happy. Also mattresses very comfortable for good price. Order was quickly processed. Everything nice explained. I am very satisfied with company.

My daughter absolutely loves her bed. Plenty of storage and space for her extra bits. Delivery and fitting was superrr quick. So impressed 👍

Everything on the side of kids bed was great. Had the mattress we were looking for, was quick to send it off.The downside was the delivery people. They never let me know when they were delivering and I didn't have the chande to look over the product.

Great quality bed. Very sturdy and safe. We paid extra for assembly which was worth it as they put it together in less than as hour and took all the packaging away. Only suggestion would be better communication from the company regarding delivery. I had to chase them to find out date/time.

Bed is nice and reasonable quality but the ? Premium sprung mattress was not good, you could feel the springs so we had to buy a thick mattress topper to counteract this. The customer service contact re delivery and delivery were however excellent

Bed delivered within good time. All six-million parts were present (ok, I’m exaggerating but it felt like that many putting it together)! One piece of wood was badly knotted and a quick phone call and they were happy to send a replacement free but didn’t need to in the end as the piece isn’t on view. Great customer service and good solid quality product for a reasonable price and cheaper than several other places.

Customer service really good. They were very responsive to questions I had prior to ordering a midsleeper bed. And they were also very happy to change the order when I realised I had made a faux paux with the dimensions.Not only that, I had a broken slat more than a year after purchasing. I sent them an email asking if they had spares, not expecting much. But to my surprise new slats will be arriving in 2 days! Incredible service and thus I can only fully recommend.
