We only use the manufacturers delivery services, as we have found that is by far the best service to ensure you receive all your goods in a timely fashion and with the minimal of aftersales issues.
After you place your order, you will receive an email offering you a weekday delivery date. You can skip this part by you telling us the date in the ORDER NOTES box which weekday you would like delivery. it MUST be at least 48 hours after placing your order.
The night before your delivery you will receive a text and an email that will give you guidance on what time the delivery will occur, this time is NOT guaranteed it’s just for guidance only.
Using the manufacturers agents, reduces the amount of times that the parcels are handled and as it is their own stock it is handled with definitely more care which provides us with more confidence that it will all go very smoothly on the first occasion.
