The open slatted sides offer a clear view of your baby during sleep. The teething rails are designed to protect your child’s developing teeth. We exclusively partner with manufacturers’ delivery services to guarantee that your goods arrive promptly and minimise any post-delivery issues. Using manufacturers’ agents reduces handling, ensuring your items are treated with care.
Notification and Scheduling: Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent with the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.
Preparation for Delivery: To facilitate a smooth delivery, please clear the access point. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.

Yes, our delivery service includes bringing your new bed inside your home. Our Two Person team will ensure it reaches the room of your choice safely and efficiently. If it is a Single driver your order will be delivered to your front door. Please clear any obstacles to facilitate a smooth delivery.
Do you offer an assembly service?
We offer an assembly service for some of our products. If available, you we be offered this option on the product page. Alternatively, our beds come with detailed assembly instructions if you would prefer to set it up yourself.
