The Norah Graphite Bunkbed is a premium quality and durable furnishing. It features a universal ladder and integrated storage drawers, designed to foster your child’s independence and streamline tidying processes. For enhanced versatility, accommodating additional siblings or guest sleeping arrangements, the bed includes a trundle.
The ladder is universally configurable, allowing assembly on either the left or right side. All safety guards can be removed as the child matures. This adaptable design permits the bunk bed to be disassembled into three individual beds.
Constructed from solid pine wood, the bed incorporates a slatted bed base, also made of pinewood. A mattress for the trundle bed is not included; the required dimensions are 180cm x 90cm x 8cm. Please note that due to height restrictions, only a foam mattress is suitable for the trundle. Two under-bed storage drawers are supplied. The weight capacity for each individual bed is 90kg. Two standard UK single mattresses are required for the main bed.

Will my bed be delivered inside my home?
Yes, our delivery service includes bringing your new bed inside your home. Our Two Person team will ensure it reaches the room of your choice safely and efficiently. If it is a Single driver your order will be delivered to your front door. Please clear any obstacles to facilitate a smooth delivery.
Do you offer an assembly service?
We offer an assembly service for some of our products. If available, you we be offered this option on the product page. Alternatively, our beds come with detailed assembly instructions if you would prefer to set it up yourself.

What should I do if I need to change my order?
If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes depend on stock availability and can affect delivery timelines. Once dispatched, orders can only be returned, not exchanged.

Using manufacturers’ agents reduces handling, ensuring your items are treated with care.
Notification and Scheduling: Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.
Preparation for Delivery: To facilitate a smooth delivery, please clear the chosen room and access points such as hallways and stairs. Our two-man delivery team, comprising trained, uniformed furniture specialists, will transport your items safely using specific handling equipment. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.
