Delivery Information It is a Single driver, your order will be delivered to your front door. Please clear any obstacles to facilitate a smooth delivery. Notification and Scheduling: Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent with the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.

Yes, our delivery service includes bringing your new bed inside your home. Our Two Person team will ensure it reaches the room of your choice safely and efficiently. If it is a Single driver your order will be delivered to your front door. Please clear any obstacles to facilitate a smooth delivery.
